Instructors
Each instructor is a trial lawyer with a trial schedule with all that entails. Most sessions have two instructors. Roger J. Dodd personally teaches every day of every session unless health issues intervene. This seldom happens, but occasionally a session has to be postponed, rescheduled or rarely cancelled. If and when that happens, each participant will be given the choice to attend a different session on a different date and/or location, postpone attendance, or receive a refund, less any processing fees.

Patricia C. Kuendig
Patricia Kuendig, founding attorney of Dodd & Kuendig, Park City, Utah, pursued law out of a desire to help people when they needed it most. For the first few years of her practice, Patricia worked on complex divorce and family law matters from her office in Miami, FL. She credits that experience with her comfort and confidence in the courtroom, as well as at the negotiating table. After her mother passed away in a bus accident, Patricia filed the wrongful death lawsuit herself. She has been helping accident victims with their personal injury suits ever since.
Matthew A. Dodd
Matthew Dodd comes from a family of lawyers and has been in the courtroom as long as he can remember. Prior to attending law school, Matthew worked for Dodd & Burnham, assisting in the representation civil and criminal clients. Matthew then worked for Spohrer & Dodd, aiding individuals in aviation and medical malpractice cases. Matthew is the founding attorney of Dodd Law Firm, P.C., Bozeman & Big Sky, Montana.
